Drew McIntyre and Kevin Owens passionate promo

 

Drew McIntyre and Kevin Owens had one of the most powerful segments, promo-wise, in a long time on WWE television. The two went into full passion mode and it was easily McIntyre's best promo to date.

McIntyre was only there, story-wise, to have some fun on what he called his "day off", and decided to sent a message loud and clear to Universal Champion Roman Reigns. McIntyre said he was picking up where he left off from this past SmackDown, since he was cut off by Reigns and company.

Owens then came out and told McIntyre that he doesn't believe McIntyre knows who he really is and pretty much called him "fake" in a way. Owens said he was bringing back The Prizefighter version of himself and that he wants any champion he chooses.

Owens said he doesn't care if it's the US title, Intercontinental title or Tag titles and he doesn't care who walks out of Cardiff the Undisputed Champion, because he's coming for either after. McIntyre then told Owens he knows exactly who he is and that he's had to work his ass off after being fired by WWE and has been carrying the company on his back since he returned.

It was one of the absolute BEST promos I've seen and many have seen on WWE television in quite some time. The segment was RED HOT and turned into a match afterwards. During the match, The Usos got involved and tried to ambush McIntyre again, but it didn't work. McIntyre was able to fight 'em off.
